What the calculator shows

The calculator shows our standard models and their prices, as a starting point. Every classic and modern veranda is made to order in any size, with mortise and tenon, halving and dovetail joints. Want a different size or layout? Save your calculation and send us what you have in mind, and we will come back with a bespoke proposal.

The steps

  1. Style. A traditional timber frame or a modern veranda in black Douglas fir.
  2. Model. Flat roof for clean lines, pitched roof for more height, or a lean-to veranda against the house.
  3. Overhang and beams. Standard or dovetail overhang, 15 x 15 or 18 x 18 cm beams.
  4. Timber. Douglas fir, natural and more affordable, or oak, the premium choice.
  5. Size. Anton 3.3 x 4.0 m, Berend 3.3 x 6.0 m, Cornelis 4.3 x 6.0 m, Dennis 4.3 x 8.0 m, or bespoke.
  6. Roof and details. Intermediate beams, chamfered beams, roof boards, EPDM roofing and fascias, also in black Douglas fir.
  7. Walls and doors. Ipe batten walls of 4 x 4 cm, sliding glass walls or a shed door on a steel frame.
  8. Base. Concrete staddle stones with adjustable stainless plates, plus all screws.
