How do we work?

• For advice and questions we can be reached by email and by phone or WhatsApp.
• We send an order confirmation by email.
• You will receive another email, when the order is picked up by the carrier.
• The carrier calls 1 working day before the delivery date.
• The driver calls on the delivery day.
• Usually this is 1 hour in advance.
• We deliver all our wood with a large truck with mobile forklift.
• The driver will place the wood package, as close as possible to your designated place.

DELIVERY COSTS UK:
Ordered on weekdays before 12.00 pm
Delivery at your doorstep within 7 business days.

Free delivery from £ 3050,-

Under £ 3050,- we charge a delivery fee of £ 200,-

All wood packages are carefully wrapped in plastic

The carrier always contacts you 
The carrier calls the working day before delivery 
Usually between 16.00 and 20.00 hours.

Change of the delivery time
If the delivery time changes, to extend (or postpone) it, please notify us by e-mail. 
The new delivery date will then be confirmed to you.
