In Hengelo (Netherlands) our headquarters, we have a large wood warehouse, and a large showroom. At our dealer in Hartlepool (UK), we have several set-ups of almost all our products. We attach great importance to customer service. It is best to make an appointment, so we have all the time for your questions and can give you good advice. Before visiting our showroom, you can of course request a sample first. Then you can smell and feel the wood.

Hardwood Discount does not offer the assembly itself, but we have very good contacts with various craftsmen, so hopefully we can help you further. In addition to our assembly tips, we also offer very practical instructions that will certainly make your work easier.

For stock products, we normally deliver between 5 and 15 days. Due to busy times, delivery times may increase. We always inform you after placing the order how soon we can deliver.
