Would you like to build a canopy in the garden? At Hardwood Discount you are at the right place! We deliver your new beautiful canopy ready-made at your home. Buying a beautiful hardwood canopy can be done in a very cheap way with our company. We have a handy calculator that shows you exactly how much hardwood, larch or oak you need, so that you can build a beautiful canopy yourself.  Do you prefer a ready-made kit? With beautiful mortise and tenon joints, ready-to-use on the wood. You do not have to saw it yourself, everything is already cut to size and fits together seamlessly. All you have to do is put the wooden parts together with a hammer. You do not have to saw it yourself, everything is already cut to size and fits together easily. All you have to do is tap the wooden parts together with a hammer. Click on the calculator to receive a ready-made hardwood roofing kit, and with a few clicks we will calculate it for you. Enter the length and width, and you will immediately get the complete cheap price!

You can buy a canopy from us in two different ways. There are several standard models to choose from. We have a flat rooftop and a saddle-roof or pointed rooftop. All available in hardwood, oak or larch Douglas floor. Deliverable in individual pieces of wood or in a ready-made construction kit. You have two choices to make, first you choose the type of wood, then you choose whether you buy separate boards and poles or a ready-made construction kit. Your wish, our service!

If you choose to buy individual boards and posts, you will have to saw everything to size and screw it together yourself. We deliver the loose wood with all the screws that go with it. We recommend the use of retractable ground anchors. This allows you to easily level the entire roof, by simply turning the steel base higher or lower. You can also choose a fixed ground anchor. You quickly pour this into concrete, and it cannot be adjusted. When using this type of ground anchor, there is only a short possibility of adjustment once the concrete has been poured. We deliver all screws you need for the realisation of the veranda, modern gazebo or veranda.

You can build a canopy in your garden in a very simple, fast and professional way. Usually, the framework of the roofing is placed within 5 hours with 2 people. With the rooftop you are usually busy 4 hours, and then there are the possible sidewalls that you want to add. We charge about 3 to 4 hours of work per sidewall. Follow our instruction and you will be finished quickly. We deliver a professional hardwood roofing for a cheap do-it-yourself price. A ready-made package, is faster, because you do not need to saw anything, everything is already cut to size by us.

A beautiful cheap hardwood roofing stands on a good foundation. The upright of a tropical hardwood covering can be dug into the ground. No foundations or concrete legs are required. With European hardwood such as oak or larch Douglas, it is advisable to build the uprights of the roof on a concrete foundation or to place them on another foundation above ground. This will prevent wood rot and prolong the life of the European hardwood covering. Buying a canopy from us is as easy as building a canopy. You will get a beautiful canopy that is cheap and has a luxurious look.

PLANNING

Always ask yourself the question, how do I want to build the canopy? Everything starts with a good plan of action, always make a clear draft and construction plan so you can build a roofing cheaply, because changing things afterwards is often complex. For example, where in the garden would you like to place this canopy? What function do you want the canopy to have? Buying a canopy is easy with us, but we also want a satisfied customer who has bought a beautiful canopy that is functional for you. Customisation is therefore essential.

We have different types of shelters in hardwood, oak or larch. Choose the type of wood you like most. The most durable is a canopy with tropical hardwood posts. If you have chosen the wood type, ask yourself the question; what do I want to do under the roof? Is it only meant for sitting or lounging? Or is a combination of shed and outdoor living the ideal goal? Cheap shelters can be built with uprights and a roof. This is the basis of a gazebo cheap. A roofing cheap with walls placed in it or an indoor shed is more practical. But then you need the space. We sell the most inexpensive shelters in 3.5 metres or wider, and 5 metres or longer. These sizes are recommended for a dry and relaxing place to sit. The larger the hardwood shelter is made, the more beautiful the end result will be.

ROOF COVERING

For a flat roof, you should choose an epdm roofing material. With a pitched or gabled roof, you can use roof tiles, roof sheets or a reed cover. For all variations, it is advisable to seal the roof completely with roof boards.

For a flat roof, you can choose a traditional bitumen cover by burning it with a roof torch. You should always nail a bitumen underlay to the wood, then use a roof torch to apply the top layer. Please note that this is a job that not everyone can do, and the risk of fire is present! If you have no previous experience with bitumen roofing, we do not recommend doing this yourself, which is why we have come up with a cheaper, safer and more durable solution for you. The epdm foil!

We have chosen a rubber roofing membrane, which was originally invented as a pond liner. This product has been developed further and has been used in test houses for more than 30 years without any problems. We sell epdm foil for the flat roofs of a canopy or veranda. This handy foil is easy to install with special all-weather adhesive sealant. It is very easy to apply and a much cheaper alternative! We deliver the epdm foil to your home with the roofing.

ADDITIONAL WOOD RANGE

Beneath the canopy you can build a decking terrace of tropical hardwood, oak or larch Douglas. We have several beautiful types of wood that fit well with the canopy, summerhouse or veranda you have built. If you have built a shelter from a European hardwood such as oak or larch Douglas, a tropical hardwood decking will fit perfectly. The advantage of tropical hardwood decking compared to oak or larch is that this type of wood is much harder and more durable. The decking is more scratch-resistant and more resistant to moisture. After all, a decking is often wet and sits close to the sand. Moisture affects Oak and Larch Douglas more quickly than tropical hardwood decking. Tropical hardwood is more durable and lasts at least 20 years, a non-tropical hardwood type lasts a maximum of 10 years. We have different thicknesses and widths available in all wood species. The thinnest board is 21 mm and the thickest is 28 mm. There are also various widths, the most common being 14.5 cm wide. But we also have narrower parts and wider boards for sale. By oiling the wood, you prolong its life span, the wood does not turn grey quickly and it gives a chic look.

EASY ONLINE ORDERING

Our wide range of canopies gives you a lot of options. We can also deliver the corresponding terrace wood to your home at favourable rates. All hardware such as screws and bolts, the ground anchor and root canvas. We deliver it all to your home. We have both black hardwood and classic hardwood. Are you, for example, looking for a black roofing? Then you have come to the right place. This also applies to a black veranda or a black garden house. We are the right address for modern verandas, garden sheds and covers. You can't think of anything else. To complete the picture, we also supply steel outdoor kitchens. Superb outdoor kitchen for under the porch.
