In Hengelo (Netherlands) our headquarters, we have a large wood warehouse, and a large showroom. At our dealer in Hartlepool (UK), we have several set-ups of almost all our products. We attach great importance to customer service. It is best to make an appointment, so we have all the time for your questions and can give you good advice. Our online showroom features photos of each product. You can always check our inspiration page for more customer projects, so you can get even more ideas. Before visiting our showroom, you can of course request a sample first. Then you can smell and feel the wood.

Our website displays the current stock. For decking boards, the number of square metres. And for fences, the number of fence metres in stock. Your delivery is guaranteed.

Hardwood Discount does not offer the assembly itself, but we have very good contacts with various craftsmen, so hopefully we can help you further. In addition to our assembly tips, we also offer very practical instructions that will certainly make your work easier.

For stock products, we normally deliver between 5 and 15 days. Due to busy times, delivery times may increase. We always inform you after placing the order how soon we can deliver.

* If you have ordered a fence, all fastening materials will be supplied, including clips and screws. The hardwood fence posts and all ipe slats are also included in the package.

* If you have ordered decking, all clips and screws are also supplied free of charge.

-> Important: do not forget to oil the wood on all four sides and do not leave unassembled wood (including during assembly) in the sun (purchase oil from us or treat with a similar product). Wood that has been screwed together correctly will almost never warp due to the clamping. Read carefully how to process wood on our website. This will prevent problems and allow you to enjoy your purchased product for a long time.
