IPE hardwood
IPE decking wood, terrace wood, beams or joists? We sell it all. IPE wood is the best choice. There is no better hardwood than IPE. This hardwood has a long life, 30 years or more. Ipe is a very stable hardwood, and therefore suitable for all conceivable applications. Ipe is the best wood. That is why we have an extra wide range of this hardwood species. Ipe is brown and light brown in colour, has an even structure and a fine grain. This wood is wear-resistant, strong and will not work.

Order
You can order per square (m2) meter wall. For example, for 8 m2 of wall, click on the + until the number 8 is reached. You can choose for a single or double sided lamellae (beams) wall. We supply enough slats, uprights, montag clips and screws to make the modern beam wall. An upright has to be placed every 1 m1 vertically, the 5.0 cm slats are screwed on horizontally, the frame is made of the 4.0 x 6.0 cm beams.

An optical defect can occur in a natural product. Wood lives, and no two boards are the same, which is precisely the charm of all wood products. Sometimes an unmounted board can be slightly warped by the influence of sun and water, not everyone is equally skilful at mounting it straight.

Price per M2 (square metre)
We sell this product per m2, choose the desired length(s). Enter the number of m2 and we will deliver enough boards + free clips and screws to make your project. We always advise you to order some more wood to compensate for sawing loss, always order 1 m2 extra because sawing loss is common. The best result is wild-cornered installation, as shown in the photos. A minimum of 1 length is supplied, with a maximum of 3 lengths. 

We always recommend ordering slightly more than the required number of m2 to avoid not having enough boards in case of, for example, a sawing error or a natural deviation in the board that you do not like. Ipe wood is very stable, durable and strong. Store the wood that you have not yet processed, covered and bound together, in a dry place. Also during assembly, never place unassembled wood in the sun. All our hardwood products have a long service life. Ipe wood has a service life of at least 20 years or more. Our calculator adds 10% extra as standard.

Processing + wood click system
Each slat is easy to lay lengthwise. The ends of each board have a so-called tongue or groove, which we call the wood click system. This makes each plank click easily into the next. With little experience, this product is easy to install. The system is similar to laying laminate, it is that simple. The ends of the plank do not have to end up on an upright. The click system is strong enough to prevent bending. There are always leftover pieces during installation - the sawn-off pieces. We supply enough wood to cover the square metres ordered. A minimum of 1 and a maximum of 3 lengths is supplied. The best result is wild-cornered installation, as shown in the photos.

Frame for this modern slat wall
The frame is made of the 4.0 x 6.0 hardwood beams. Always place one beam vertically every 1 meter. On the frame you can staple your privacy screen, and on top of that you mount the slats horizontally, for a completely closed result. The frame is made with a maximum distance between the posts of 1 m1. The uprights/frame are made with the 4.0 x 6.0 hardwood beams.

Advantages of the fasteners
The fasteners are slid into the side of the decking board, "into the groove". The mounting clips are mounted under the surface of the decking on the sub-structure. Therefore no screws are visible. The clips are also the spacers between the boards. The use of mounting clips creates a spacing of approximately 5 mm. This provides great mounting convenience. By using these mounting clips, a lot of time is saved and a hardwood decking is mounted quicker and easier.

In case of a traditional decking board which does not have a recess for a mounting clip, screws are screwed right through the board and a countersink has to be drilled. This way the head of the screw is visible on the surface of the floor board, by using the mounting clip no screws are visible. The clips and screws are made of stainless steel metal, and black coated, so they will not rust or oxidise with the hardwood, this gives an even more beautiful end result.
